When you send USDT via ERC20, you need enough ETH in your wallet for gas. If gas is too low, the transaction may be pending. Check your wallet — if gas is missing, the payment will never confirm. Use TRC20 next time (minimal fees).

### 2. Wrong Network Selected

Did you send USDT on TRC20 but we expected ERC20? Or vice versa? Check the payment instructions. If mismatched, the transaction will be stuck until we manually match it. Contact support with your TXID.

### 3. KYC Verification Failed

For first-time buyers, we require a quick KYC (just ID + selfie). If your documents are blurry or expired, the payment holds until you resubmit. Check your email or account dashboard for KYC status.

### 4. Wallet Address Typo

One wrong character in the wallet address and your USDT goes to nowhere. Double-check the address you sent to. If it's wrong, the blockchain will reject or the funds may be lost. Always copy-paste.

### 5. Marketplace System Glitch

Rarely, our system fails to detect the incoming payment. If you've waited 30+ minutes, open a ticket with your TXID and amount (exactly $25 USDT). We'll manually release the PSN card code.
